Comfort in Contrast with lululemon

£65.00

TIME: 0800-1200

We will be utilising the art of play to open up our relationship to ourselves and in turn our connection to others through the language of movement. Followed by a look into a deeper intimacy to our biology and overall health through specific breathing techniques and contrast therapy (ice baths & saunas).

This 20 participant workshop located at the beautiful Hackney Wick Community Baths will foster a space of co-creation between an intimate group of participants, with Cameron and Errin facilitating the space using elements from neuroscience backed practices that aim to open up pathways to ‘growth mindset’ in adults.

Facing the extremities of temperature is something that can be quite profound yet simultaneously confronting to many. Through the shared camaraderie of the group, we can support each other in opening up to possibilities that can otherwise seem so unattainable, simply through an inspired connection to each other based off of our own unique and individual experience.

As this workshop is in collaboration with lululemon, we will be providing a gift card that you can take into the local store: lululemon, Spitalfields, where you can redeem complimentary merchandise.

Your contribution and attendance will also be providing support for Shelter - The housing and homelessness charity.
